Return and Refund Policy
Return Window
Joveco offers a thirty-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery for eligible items purchased at www.Joveco.com. Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and free of pet hair or odors, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included. Items that have been modified or assembled beyond initial setup are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items marked 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. Items showing signs of use, wear, staining, or post-delivery damage are not eligible. Returns initiated after the thirty-day window has closed will not be accepted. Items purchased through Amazon or Shein are governed by the respective platform's return policy and must be returned through that platform.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, send an email to Customer_service@joveco.com with the subject line 'Return Request' followed by your order number. Include your order number, the item or items you wish to return, and your reason for the return. Joveco will respond within two business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Pack the item securely and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Return Shipping Costs
When a return is the result of a defective or incorrect item sent by Joveco, return shipping is free and a prepaid label will be provided. When a return is initiated for any other reason, including change of mind or the item no longer being needed, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once a returned item is received and inspected, Joveco will notify the customer by email of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within five to ten business days. Customers should allow an additional three to five business days for their bank or card issuer to post the credit to their account.
Exchanges
Joveco does not process direct exchanges. If a different item is desired, the original item should be returned and a new order placed. If the return is due to a Joveco error, customers are encouraged to contact support and Joveco will expedite the replacement order at no additional charge.
