Shipping Destinations

Joveco ships to all fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, international shipping is not offered through www.Joveco.com. Customers outside the United States may find Joveco products available through third-party marketplaces.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within one to three business days of receipt, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. A shipment confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery

Standard shipping delivers within five to eight business days and is free on all orders over seventy-five dollars.

Expedited shipping delivers within two to three business days, is available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.

Joveco ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier used for a given order is determined by the shipping destination and package dimensions.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If an order arrives damaged, the customer should photograph the damage immediately before removing the item from packaging and contact Customer_service@joveco.com within forty-eight hours of delivery. Joveco will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it has not been received, the customer should allow twenty-four hours, as packages are sometimes prematurely scanned. If the package remains missing after twenty-four hours, Joveco should be contacted and will investigate with the carrier and resolve the matter within five business days.

Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Joveco is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address correction requests must be submitted before the order ships. Once an order is in transit, address changes are subject to the carrier's policies and may incur additional fees borne by the customer.
