We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products (primarily ottomans and benches). However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control (including severe weather or holiday peaks). Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Section 6 - Optional Tools and Third-Party Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as Shopify apps) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. We provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties.
